To A Better Windshield Management:

Your company has done several auto glass jobs for me in the past. Today, one of your representatives came to my house to replace the passenger window on my daughter's '99 Pontiac. Bruce showed up on time and then discovered that the clips were broken on the track for that window. He got a quote and went to the dealership to pick up the part, then returned, replaced the track and installed the new glass. He accomplished all of this is less than two hours.

I want to thank your business for your prompt professional service, especially by your installer, Bruce. I was on temporary duty to Colorado Springs and had my passenger window broken and my vehicle robbed. This happened the day before I was supposed to drive 8 hours home to New Mexico. Bruce added me to his schedule, arrived on time, and was expertly professional, even when having to deal with a difficult vehicle (VW Jetta). Thanks to him, I was only a day late getting back home. No other business was willing to assist me with such short notice.
