Automotive glass is warranted against defects in material(s) or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Such defects must be brought to the attention of A Better Windshield within 30 days of installation. Should A Better Windshield determine a defect in material(s) or workmanship exists, the sole remedy will be to have the work redone free of charge. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
The repair process involves the injection of a resin into the damaged part of the glass. The degree of success of each repair is dependent on numerous variables beyond our control such as the pressure required to inject resin into such damage. The attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger. If you are dissatisfied with the repair, we will credit the cost of repair toward the cost to replace the windshield. No refunds will be issued. We guarantee that the repaired portion of the windshield will not crack further. This windshield warranty applies as long as you own or lease the vehicle on which the repair was made and is not transferable.
The warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles which have damage or rust on the pinch weld. If such damage is found at the time of installation, the technician will inform the consumer of the existence of such damage or rust prior to installation of the new glass. In these cases, A Better Windshield is not responsible for any associated damage. In addition, damage not involving defective material(s) or workmanship is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. In no event shall the manufacturer, vendor, or A Better Windshield be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
